Alderbury, Winterslow, Porton, High Post Loop
Salisbury to Alderbury. After crossing the A36 at the top of the first climb turn left to Pitton. Right at the cross roads in Pitton all the way along past the windmill to cross the A30. Over the range, Gomeldon Rd climb, then right at Winterbourne. Left at the roundabout, then a short stretch along the Portway before turning right to go up to Highpost. Broad Chalke Dinton Loop
Five Rivers to Wilton Road, then drop down Ashfield Road to head out to race course hill via Lower Bemerton and Quidhampton. Over race course hill to Broadchalke and then Fifield Bavant. Right at Fifield B to Fovant, then over to Dinton. At Dinton follow the road back to Barford St Martin and then on to Wilton via Burcombe. From Wilton straight back along the main road to Salisbury. Wylye Blast
From Five Rivers, hear up the Woodford valley to Middle Woodford, then turn left up and over Mile Hill to Stoford. At the A36 turn left for just under 100 yards then right over to Great Wishford. Turn right again by the Royal Oak and head up the Wylye valley. Head up as far as the Ginger Piggery (or less if short on time), then turn round and head back. On the return leg, go straight on at Great Wishford, though waterditchampton into Wilton, then return into Salisbury via the main A36. Lockerley Loop (28 miles)
Leave Five Rivers along Hulse road, left at the roundabout along Butts Rd to Castle Rd. Right down Castle Road then left along the ring road to St Marks roundabout. Strait over then down Bourne Ave, Manor Farm Rd, Milford Hill Rd though to Petersfinger. Use the main road through to Alderbury, turning left at the top of the hill in Alderbury. Follow the national cycling route through East Grimstead, West Dean, East Dean and Lockerley. Turn left at the T junction just past Lockerley. Follow the road through East Tytherley to West Tytherley, turning right and up to Middle Winterslow. Taking Clough lane to go down to the traffic lights on the main A30 (by the old Pheasant pub).
